Today, I join the family, friends, associates, the Offa Community, the Muslim Ummah and all the people of Kwara Sate, to celebrate the 95th Birthday anniversary of the Prince; the outstanding intellectual; remarkable community leader; a committed Muslim; and one of my own best friends and source of inspiration, Professor Jamiu Mosobalaje Oyawoye, on the occasion of his 95th Birthday.
With Professor Oyawoye, Allah has given us an example, of how to live a very purposeful and inspirational life. A life of commitment to the very best of causes. Professor Oyawoye is a man of many parts, and I feel really proud, to call him my dearest friend, and an unending source of inspiration.
I extend special regards to my friend and brother, his first son, Kitibi Oyawoye, who I spoke with today, to discuss how our dear father and friend is faring, on his 95th Birthday. May Allah continue to strengthen his health, and may his exemplary life endure, as a source of inspiration, for all of us. Amin.
