The DG, NBC, Mall. Is’haq Modibbo Kawu, has visited the Governor of Enugu State, His Excellency, Ifeanyi ugwuanyi.
Representing His Excellency, was the Deputy Governor of the State, Her Excellency Barr. Cecilia Ezeilo.
In his address, the DG thanked the government and people of Enugu for the warm reception and for the continued assistance accorded the Commission every time they are called upon. The DG stated that the purpose of his visit was to seek partnership with the government of the state on the ongoing Digital Switch Over in Nigeria.
In her remarks, the Deputy Governor, Barr. Cecilia Ezeilo, commended the Commission on its achievements and success in carrying out its functions. She assured the Commission of the continued cooperation and assistance of the government of Enugu State. The Deputy Governor, Barr. Cecilia Ezeilo, expressed her appreciation to the the Director General for choosing Enugu State as its pilot state in the South East and wished the Commission a successful transition process.
