It was Karl Marx who stated that men make their history, but they do not choose the condition. Outstanding individuals play historical roles, and given the context and the variables of the historical condition, they impact social existence, either positively or negatively. In this section, I have presented my appreciation of historical persons, either locally, or on the pan-African, and international scales.
